The Systems Engineer will have demonstrated experience standing up new workflows and supporting technology to track and manage requirements.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
Required skills:
- Demonstrated experience creating metrics and triage tools for technologists and leaders to assess overall level of effort for a parent organization and its supporting service delivery organizations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting big data environments and AI/ML solutions.
- Demonstrated experiencing delivering advanced technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with software engineering processes, and a work environment which supports multiple programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience with sensitive data policy and data workflows.
- Demonstrated experience delivering iterative technology architectures to address previously unmet mission needs.
- Demonstrated experience leading data exploitation efforts for sensitive data.
- Demonstrated experience implementing best practices and private sector solutions into sensitive data environments.
- Demonstrated experience taking data exploitation projects from conception to production.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting new organizational level governance structures for IT services and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale implementation of roadmaps and plans for IT organizations.
- Demonstrated experience creating project plans for complex systems.
- Demonstrated experience organizing data to develop cost models.
- Demonstrated experience developing strategic resource plans for enterprise-wide services.
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams including Extraction, Transformation, Load (ETL) to ensure strategic direction aligns to organizational needs.
Desired skills:
- Demonstrated experience transforming technology programs to meet Sponsor’s corporate priorities.
- Demonstrated experience with machine learning solutions.
- Demonstrated experience training users on tools for sensitive data exploitation.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with analytic disciplines to derive requirements and understand mission workflows.
- Demonstrated experience working in high operational tempo environments.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple Federal and Sponsor partner organizations.
- Demonstrated experience with User Interface/User Experience or graphic design.
- Demonstrated experience communicating using Sponsor messaging system.
- Demonstrated experience with GDCH/AWS/Cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with big data platforms, such as Elastic Products such as Kibana and Elastic Search, NiFi, Linux administration, or GPU administration (bare metal and virtual).
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience with SalesForce.
- Certification(s): AWS Certification, PMP Certification, Agile Certification, DEVSECOPS Certification.
