Description
We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Developer with back-end Java 8+ skills to support TTO 216 efforts. Support will focus on software engineering of the National Time Sensitive System (NTSS) tool suite, which delivers critical intelligence around the world at mission speed. The team supporting NTSS works with cutting edge technology to manage high-volume and time-sensitive data throughput in response to Intelligence Community and world-wide partner needs. Support includes both sustainment of the existing tools and development of new features and functionality based on high-priority mission needs.
 
Responsibilities will include: developing distributed software; updating software code and fixing bugs; deploying applications; installing and configuring complex software; monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance; automating system operations activities; and troubleshooting and resolving issues and outages.
 
Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly 1 week out of every 4-6 weeks). Staff may charge 12 additional hours (4 hours per system with 3 systems covered) for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.

This position has up to 40% telework.

Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience.
